Apple opens its fifth UAE store at Al Jimi Mall in Al Ain
Customers can explore Apple’s full range of products and services, pick up orders from the Apple Store online, receive personalized guidance, and take part in Today at Apple sessions
Apple today opened its fifth store in the United Arab Emirates, Apple Al Jimi Mall, in the oasis city of Al Ain. The new store invites customers to explore and shop Apple’s full lineup of products, experience the best personalized service and expert support, and get more out of their devices with Today at Apple sessions.
“We’re thrilled to open Apple Al Jimi Mall, our first store in Al Ain, just in time for the arrival of the latest iPhone generation — our most innovative lineup ever,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People. “Connection is at the heart of everything we do in Apple Retail, and our team members can’t wait to help customers from across the Garden City and beyond discover and experience all of Apple’s products, including the latest iPhone models, Apple Watch Series 11, and AirPods Pro 3.”
Welcoming Al Ain’s Vibrant Community
At Apple Al Jimi Mall, customers can purchase the latest products, including MacBook Pro powered by the M4 family of chips, iPad Pro with Apple Pencil Pro, and Apple Watch Series 11, as well as accessories like the new AirPods Pro 3.
Customers can experience only-at-Apple retail services and offerings like personalized shopping sessions with Apple Specialists, monthly financing options, and upgrading through the Apple Trade In program. The dedicated Apple Pickup area makes it easy for customers to order from the Apple Store online and collect in-store at a time that’s convenient for them.
Unlock Creativity and Learning with In-Store Sessions
Through Apple’s free, educational Today at Apple program, customers are invited to learn how to get the most of their Apple devices. Apple is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the lives of students as they pursue their education. Through these collaborative in-store sessions, students and visitors of all backgrounds will be able to deepen their understanding of Apple technology while pursuing their passions. The program will feature a curated selection of Apple-led sessions across photography, video, art and design, music, and coding.

Sustainability and Accessibility at the Heart of Design
Apple Al Jimi Mall has been designed with the environment in mind, using sustainable materials that include a distinctive biopolymer terrazzo floor, and operating on 100 percent renewable energy. The store is also built for accessibility, with varied table and seating heights, improved visual and acoustic clarity, expanded assisted-listening systems, and wide, easy-to-navigate pathways that make it welcoming for everyone.
Apple Al Jimi Mall joins Apple Yas Mall and Apple Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, and Apple Dubai Mall and Apple Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Apple Al Jimi Mall is open daily from 10 a.m.
